How to be a leader without being a tyrant
Many guys I know struggle with the balance between being an effective leader and becoming a tyrant. Others, fall the other way and become subservient to their wives. How do you know where you should draw the line?
Gallatioans 5:22-23 states:
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
All of these are Christlike attributes and the home can be a place of refuge from the storms of life. I suppose if you are guided by the spirit, you will lead with temperance, rather than anger. You will let your decisions be guided by faith and love.
